ASP Toop L using/testing digital

"The last few days I noticed ASP was very quiet, so I went to open
mode (PRO-95). L-Troop Dispatch is not on 3216, I'm am hearing them
on 1648 now.
I'm also getting a signal from the new West Fork tower on
866.2625. It is 9600baud with rotating system ID's of BEE00, SY188,
and TO11E. The signal is 86% to 92%. Does anyone know why sysid
rotates. This is the first 9600 I've seen. Using a PRO-96.
Have three tags:
1 Maintenance
3 key up, but no voice
2201 L-Troop(operator out of room) & Conway talking (ADEM)
ALL TRANSMISSIONS DIGITAL"

The Pro96 is showing you three pieces of information:

SY188 : System ID 188
T011E : Tower ID (Hex representation), Zone 1, tower 1E (30)
BEE00: Connect code

Well do!
Right now it seems that north is using the Rogers Anolog, and south is using W. Fork Digital. I'm getting nothing out of Berryville Anolog, and every once in a while I hear the Combs Anolog tower. I do live in Benton County, so Rogers is my primary tower.
I did hear a couple of the guys talking, (L11, & L4), that next weekend they, (L-Troop) should be fully cut over to Digital.

Troop-L just announced that the anolog system is now 10-7. If you can't get thru on the digital system, use your county radio or cellphone.
