"The last few days I noticed ASP was very quiet, so I went to open
mode (PRO-95). L-Troop Dispatch is not on 3216, I'm am hearing them
on 1648 now.
I'm also getting a signal from the new West Fork tower on
866.2625. It is 9600baud with rotating system ID's of BEE00, SY188,
and TO11E. The signal is 86% to 92%. Does anyone know why sysid
rotates. This is the first 9600 I've seen. Using a PRO-96.
Have three tags:
1 Maintenance
3 key up, but no voice
2201 L-Troop(operator out of room) & Conway talking (ADEM)
ALL TRANSMISSIONS DIGITAL"
