Assist with programming pro-95

I was wondering if anyone is interesed in properly programming my pro95 for Toronto area.

I'm getting police and fire but I don't think its working properly. Example: Online scanner with TO Fire is active and busy and my scanner is quiet most of the time.

Sorry, I'm a serious newbie looking for assistance.

My suggestion would be to put the control channel and alternate control channel for each site in Toronto in four separate banks.

For instance Bank 1 could be the North site (Yonge & 401) all the Toronto Fire apparatus are in the 100's
Bank 2 can be East (Bell Tower) apparatus in the 200's
Bank 3 can be South (First Canadian Place) dispatch and apparatus in the 300's
Bank 4 can be West (Widdicombe Place) apparatus in the 400's

Keeping it in Search mode will let you hear everything, including Police and EMS.
If you want to have customized listening, then you need to enter talkgroups into your scan lists.
