Yes. That system is APCO25 (P25) and how you program it depends on what scanner model you have, uniden steps for programming are different from gre/realistic pro scanners etc. But for the most part yes program it like you would a moto 700 p25 system, only you'll be entering in 800mhz frequencies.

Hey you said 800 mhz they are 700:) Anyways i programmed the ones from the counties I will be going through in June to Fla. Im in NW la.

MSWIN IS a Motorola ASTRO-25 P-25 system. It is NOT like the older Type II systems. Type II systems are firstly, not pure P-25, and do not come in 700 MHz, or 380 MHz. The 380, and 700 systems are only available in true P-25 (9600 baud per second rate for TRS) The "official" Motorola name for these true P-25 systems is ASTRO-25. ASTRO refers to digital capable Motorola systems, and ASTRO-25 is Motorola's pure P-25 offerings.

If your scanner is not 700 MHz capable your out of luck trunk tracking it. If your scanner is not pure P-25 capable (PRO-96 and newer example), you wont be able to even monitor conventionally. :)
