XTL/XTS5000 Astro25 CPS R20 Channel announcement issues

Hey y’all,

I have a XTS5000 with channel announcements installed on the flash code, with one currently on the radio. I’ve compressed and imported new voice files into the CPS software and it refuses to let me apply them to channels. Check out the video I linked below for the visual of what exactly I’m talking about.

If anyone could help me out here I would greatly appreciate it.

Maybe too large files. I just used wav files from Mototrbo CPS and converted in XTS CPS, working great.

Under Radio Wide do you have the Channel Announcement box checked and under view, then options, then channel announcement options, do you have the read/write voice files box checked?
