Atchison KS Info

Does anyone know which freq. is used on the Atchison areas police channel notoriously known as the #9 channel, When they are talking amongst themselves, or naming names, They always tell one another, "Go To 9", They have done this 4 years. I have tried different Road & Bridge channels, And Public Water Channels with no luck, Had it about 6 or 7 yrs ago, but they must of changed it...

They could be using a CB too. Some of the guys I work with will say "Go to 3" or whatever CB channel they want so they can say what they want and are off the agency radio.
