I was listening to Athens Co Sheriff tonight when they said to switch to TAC 1. The only talkgroup in the database is dispatch. Does anyone know the TAC talkgroups or might they be encrypted and that's why they are not listed?

I'm not sure what your using to monitor MARCS but I'm sure TAC 1 is on MARCS and the talk group has not been discovered and submitted into the database yet. If you are able to find the talk group and submit it that would be appreciated by everyone who monitors.
