ATHENS, Ga. -- Macon city officials wrapped up a two-day retreat Saturday afternoon in Athens, still gnawing over some of the mutual communication issues that dominated Friday’s talks, but also informally setting their priorities for which projects will get first fruits of special purpose local option sales tax funds when those begin flowing in May.
