Earlier this evening Athens police received a call about shots being fired,first officer in the area reported shots fired and shell casings in the drive way of a home and a man running back into the house,other officers from Athens Police and The Limestone County Sherriff's office arrived on the scene to assist,an officer at the back of the residence advised 3 juveniles and a female climbed out a back window to the officers for safety,the suspect is the only one left in the house at this time.Been talking to him thru PA on squad car.
