Atlanta 940.225

Monitored 940.225 MHz FM this evening hearing a slow mostly looped sounding beeping signal. Couldn't find anything useful in identifying the source from Google or RadioReference. From west midtown area near Georgia Tech, the signal was very strong on a rubber duck antenna inside a large apartment building.

Does anyone have any idea what the source might be?

Outside the amateur band, so you're posting in the wrong forum. Be that as it may, did you try looking that frequency up in the FCC database? Posting an audio clip might be useful, if someone recognizes the sound.
