Atlantic City Tourist Helicopter Ride Frequency?

Whenever I am near Resorts on the boardwalk, I always see that helicopter taking off and landing near the amusement park pier (I assume it is a helicopter ride for tourists). Just curious if anyone ever caught the frequency they use?

Heliport is at Steel Pier & is ID'ed 28NJ. It's a private pad so there's no need for a Unicom frequency. Looks like they communicate with ATC at ACY when necessary?
