Atlantic County and surrounding areas saying either PSP or PSB?

Atlantic city and surrounding areas saying either PSP or PSB?

I listen to Atlantic City and surrounding areas every now and then online and I swear they are either saying PSP or PSB.

I figure since it's NJ, they don't mean the Pennsylvania State Police, but I figured maybe they mean like my city, Public Safety Building, or am I long off on either?

Yes the "PSB" is the Atlantic City Public Safety Building at 2711 Atlantic Ave. This is where the Police dept. and other public safety divisions are located.
