Hello,
Earlier this year I discovered a problem in the counties for Alberta in that several of them have a 'number sign' in their names. This causes grief when trying to load the wiki pages for those counties, because the wiki markup language, like HTML, considers the # to be a bookmark reference and tries to go to, for example, bookmark '2 County (AB)' on page 'Special Area', instead of page 'Special Area #2 County (AB)'.
I put in a request in August or so via Mantis to have the number signs stripped from these three counties, but action has yet to be taken. In the meantime, I'm resolving the situation by creating the "Special Area" page that the "Wiki" link in the RRDB lands on, with redirection instructions as such: Special Area - The RadioReference Wiki
As you can see I've added the disambiguation tag to the page. If this needs any modification, please let me know.
Of course, the page will become redundant and likely orphaned once the county names have been fixed in the RRDB. I'll try to remember to report it when that happens.
