Signed it. As someone who's looking to be a homeowner in the next few years, I don't know if I'm going to be able to make the choice to live in an HOA-free zone.
My folks technically lived in one, but it wasn't enforced while they were there - what I'm worried about are the retirees who make it their hobby.
