Is it possible to update the 246 firmware to accommodate 100 (or at least more than just 10) quick keys similar to the 396?
I realize that there will not be any more memory space, but it would allow a little more flexibility in how you set it up for monitoring multiple cities/systems without having to lump them together under one key if you want to narrow down what you are listening to.
Could this be accomplished with a firmware update?
With the exception of the smaller memory size (and lack of mil-air), Uniden would then have a non-digital version of the 346 without the development costs.
