So, I have been searching around for active frequencies in the area and stumbled upon some activity on FM 42.82000 with a CT:186.2

I have searched the database and the FFC license page, and I am coming up with all blanks on that frequency in this state. It seems to be LEO chatter, but some of it is not very easy to understand due to static/range issues. Anyone have any ideas?

My only other thought was that it might be MDOT crews working on Center St. doing paving. But I have not heard anything that I think would relate to PW activity.
