I thought when you looked at a feed, all Talkgroups and frequencies were suppose to be listed under feed notes. Is this correct as I am seeing some that do not.

There Is no official rule for having them their, however, before we approve a feed they have to be their. Once their feed is approved they could just go back and remove them.
a follow-up then, you said you will not allow two feeds to be exactly the same, so do you then keep a list of what a feed is suppose to be broadcasting and update them if they send you an update so you know?
No, we go on main description for that area. We rely on listeners and others to let us know if feeds are duplicating. Its hard to go through 2000+ feeds and know if a feed is EXACT duplicate.
