Audio Feed Noise

Any suggestions on reducing line noise in my feed? Reception isn't the best, but I have enabled "Noise Reduction" in the Realtek drivers. Is this the right move, or should I look for a third-party solution?

Just got one and it works great. It's also cheaper than the Radio Shack Isolator (which I have two)
