DSDPlus Audio Recordings Help

I am running DSDPLUS 2p242. Attached are two recordings. At the beginning of the recordings and at times throughout the recording you can hear the carrier(I believe) wave. Is there a way to minimize this, or get rid of the warbling sound of it, or is this normal?

TIII calls around here don't sound like that. I'd say it's on their end. Sounds like some ghetto analog to digital conversion scheme.
