audio repeats

hey i feed the audio for the stream in Dewitt county Illinois and i noticed the stream was repeating over and over even after i had the stream shut down it reported that the stream was offline and i could still hear the audio repeating every few minutes.
what is it i can do

I believe he is the feed provider.

My feed did that as well. I disconnected the feed and reset it back up and it worked fine.
