Just because it is fun and useless - my feed is down too. I know they know by now. My guess is it is a serious hardware failure or corruption that is taking longer than just rebooting. Like others, I'd appreciate someone just taking a minute and letting us know what is going on. Stuff happens so we will all get through this. :)

My 2 audio 9 feeds are down so the people who listen for free can’t. My paid scanner using Rdio-scanner are just fine. The folks who pay a small fee are happy as a peach.

Just to update everyone, Still down as of 2:23pm EST. No response from Broadcastify Ticket other then the auto-reply of "has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." at 7am this morning...

Hopefully they get it figured out soon!

I uninstalled an reinstalled the software, because of an update that was on my screen this morning. thought maybe that was the cause.
I emailed Proscan and Bob sent me to this thread. I use source client to broadcast and I also record. it is recording but on playback it is just static. hope this is fixed soon

Maybe they're waiting until they have an answer to reply to them

I wasted 15 minutes of my life troubleshooting before I found this thread. :ROFLMAO: Server down since around 3am Pacific time 5/31/2023.

Don't feel bad, I went home on my lunch break and flashed a new sd card with the pi image after I received nothing from the support request. lol

Yeah, add me to the list - only frustrating thing is the people who use my feed continuously report the feed as not working, which is pretty obvious … lol

Try going direct to IP for your address at 174.127.114.13 port 80
DNS is working fine. It’s an internal server issue.

Same issue here. I run 2 different PC's, 2 different feeds and at 6:23 and 6:24 AM EST I was alerted to my feeds being offline. I submitted a trouble ticket, but in the meantime I've been troubleshooting my home network, updating my PC's, I restarted all software, and still no connection. ScannerCast shows as "running" but no RR Connection. Still waiting on a reply to my ticket.
