Brand new scanner here, programming the sds100 to monitor augusta richmond county. appears to be on the phase 2 system. was hearing traffic at first, now only hear fire alert on the phase 1 system. seems like im in the dark. i tried doing a manual system entry using the rr frequencies, but still in the dark. any help is appreciated.

according to others in another post it is phase 2 and completely encrypted.

System now totally encrypted and not on palmetto 800, have moved to Augusta-Richmond consolidated.
