AURORA - Firefighters are trying to determine what caused a fire that is estimated to have caused $200,000 in damage Saturday afternoon.
Capt. Nancy Reublin with the Aurora Fire Department says the fire started shortly before 1 p.m. on the deck area between two homes, located at 14753 and 14793 Century Way. The fire then spread.
Reublin says the eight people who live in the homes were inside when the fire started but got out before firefighters arrived. She says both homes are uninhabitable.
