I apologize for this being off topic but I couldn't think of anywhere better to ask such a question. I was in Austin last week for the football game, as we were driving through downtown someone in our group asked if anyone knew what this tower deal was...
It looked like an antenna of some sort, about 35-45 feet tall, very top heavy looking, and had a bunch of lights on it. Now looking at it during the day it looked to be some sort of surveillance system but the lights didn't really seem to be positioned for a camera...
Also, by chance would anyone know what the outcome of the t.u. frat boys that were arrested by DPS during Yell Practice on Wednesday night?
