Austin Spectra instruction sheet

Would someone be kind enough to upload a copy of the instruction sheet that comes with the Austin Spectra antenna (the one with the cutting graph and other important notes)?
I have misplaced mine. Thank you!

Make sure you ground your mount well. I used the Spectra to hear 39 Mhz Md. State Police stations - which are all simplex, not repeated - and for a little over 2 foot antenna, it did a respectable job once I cut the whip.
