Appears a big sting is occuring, still going as I type this diatribe.
SR9 is extrememly active in Edward or SW Ida on drug deals. Pretty interesting listening.
AS you know if you live in Austin, Rutland/Lamar and Rundberg/Lamar to I35 are very heavy areas for drugs and whores. APD appears to be doing a bit about it this evening.
Interesting that they are still on it as they usually give up by now. I reckon the number of fools they are finding has kept them going. It sounds like a crack-zoo out there...
It's the usual APCO25 Control freqs but you need to lock onto the SR-9 talk group.
I have these in a seperate bank and that makes it easy to find them identify them.
It's monitoring things like this that made me decide where to buy "new" house. I determined the neighborhood by listening to the scanner! Huh? Picked one with very little family violence, robbery, theft, drugs, whores, noise complaints. A scanner is a good thing when looking to move. In fact I kept the Pro96 with me and on while we looked at houses and drove neighborhoods.
Not altogether true for entire zip code or APD Sector as it includes the area I started this post about. You gotta track where the grief is happening and be very familiar with the area.
