Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone has had any luck monitoring Austintown PD in Mahoning County. Can I program their system using FreeScan? Or can their transmissions even be monitored? I have a BCD996XT if it makes a difference.

Why won't this upload correctly to Freescan? I programmed the system to my scanner but it comes up as the talk group ids and doesn't program any info ? Does that have to do with something when I upload from radio reference?
