Had a chance to visit the Stone Harbor & Avalon area for a short time recently, and I came across some frequencies that are licensed but heard nothing on them. Perhaps some of the Cape May area monitors can plug these in and see if maybe BOE or Beach Patrols are using them?

Avalon:

453.6500 R PL 173.8
453.7500 R PL 173.8 (also licensed for NXDN as well)
453.9875 is listed in the database as the Beach Patrol and as a repeater; however, the license shows this frequency pair (along with 458.9875) as just 2 watts of power. Is this one still in use?

Stone Harbor:
155.6700 DMR repeater showing CC 13 in the data burst. The license expired 10 years ago, but is still on the air as captured with signal stalker on a Pro106. Any activity on this frequency in that area? And does Stone Harbor Beach Patrol/Lifeguards use the NJICS talkgroup assigned to them, or the VHF DMR frequency listed in the database?

So I was back in the Stone Harbor/Avalon area this past weekend, and I noticed that 156.0600 with a DCS tone being used for a Stone Harbor EMS call. I'm wondering if this a separate input to the repeater listed in the database? I wasn't able to verify if the repeater was in use at that exact moment, so maybe one of the Cape May guys can see if this has changed from what's listed in the database or maybe an addition.

I also confirmed that Stone Harbor Lifeguards were using Motorola APX 1000 radios on the NJICS system, so perhaps the VHF DMR frequency is used as a back-up?

Avalon Lifeguards were using VHF radios licensed to the Police department, and a submission will be made shortly on that.
