Anyone have info for aventura public safety as well as hallandale beach public safety?

I searched and found a new frequency listed on the FCC Database * ULS Application - PubSafty/SpecEmer/PubSaftyNtlPlan,806-817/851-862MHz,Trunked - 0003815812 - AVENTURA, CITY OF - Frequency Summary

I wanted to ask you why there are no red or blue frequencies listed...?

Are there control channels on the EDACS?

to listen EDACS you need to program ALL frequencies in LCN order and skipping channel 0 If applicable
