You should be able to monitor the Eglin AFB warning areas. Look over in the Florida forum for the information, especially the mission and tactical frequencies.
Much of the time there are AWACs and JSTARS aircraft orbiting off the coast working fighters in those areas. Plug in the AICC freq of 364.2 and listen for Darkstar, Strikestar or Goliath.
