poppafred.........The BCD536 is very frustrating until you get the hang of it??? I just learned a little about the Sentinel software about a couple months ago and I have had the scanner for over a year! Once you see how the files go together in the software, it is very easy! If you give me a little time I will put together a little instruction on what I have learned and maybe it will help! I will be talking to you a little by way of Private message! Thanks

poppafred.........The first thing I would do is watch the short Youtube video about Favorites Lists by UNIDEN UPMAN! Due to my bad hearing I had to watch this video about fifty time before it ever started to soak in! I must have made ten or twenty test lists before I finally got the hang of it? When you see what goes where, you can edit the file that has the frequencies in it and replace with the new ones!
