I used pro 96 com software tonight to scan my local AWIN Tower [ Lake City ] and got a new talkgroup come up that said it was 11100 and also come up as Pvt Data at Times. Also seeing one come up with a name of CWID and shows a call sign. A lot of this program I understand how to read and I know there was a new ID of 11100. However I do not know what CWID or Pvt Data mean. Are they computers in state cars etc. ? Anyone have any idea? Help Please, thank you again...
