I thought I would ask this on the Arkansas forum to see if anyone else has had a problem programming the AWIN. I just got a bcd996xt and programmed the AWIn in with all the different sites and all the talk groups. When I scan it goes through all the sites and never picks up on anything andI am not sure if I have done something wrong or if anyone else has ever had a problem like this. AWIn i my first digital to program so I could of done something wrong. I know this is a broad question but any help would be appreciated.

Are you travelling with the scanner or is it being used as a base scanner? If it is a base scanner, then you should only program the local towers (Little Rock area if you are in LR). Then you can load all the TGID's
