Az Wins TRS

Hello folks,

Joe and I are reworking the former YRCS TRS to properly reflect it as the Az Wins TRS, Arizona Wireless Integrated Network System.

We have come up with multiple sources to indicate that the YRCS, while it was the start of what has become, Az Wins, it does not appear to be licensed that way any longer.

We'll be updating the sites as we go.
