With the Maricopa County 47.660 frequency, I'm assuming, from the lousy signal quality that I've had in the past, that you'd need a decent VHF-Lowband antenna in order to hear them properly. I can barely pick up the County EOC, and only the Peoria EOC, and maybe one other EOC, with any decent quality.

I've either been at work, or sleeping due to having worked late the night before, for the past several months, so I haven't heard any rollcalls or other comms on this frequency in quite awhile.

I've never heard anything on 161.850, which is supposed to be allocated to the MARCO EOC as well, according to several of the old SWFD's.

Then there's TG's 24016, 24048 and 24080 on the Maricopa County trunked system, and TG 1565 on the RWC. I have heard 1565 in use in the past with a rollcall. I'm not sure if I've ever heard 24016/24048/24080 in use.
