They are taken from the New Jersey Police Manual, so I know they are accurate.Thank you very much.I googled them and got them from a law firm doing DWI.,but it wasn't up to date ie:cellphones etc.

If you're really interested, the New Jersey Police Manual is printed by GANN Law Books. I am not sure the general public can purchase a copy, but I don't see why you couldn't. It's not like these are secret or anything.
The most common are:
Title 39 Motor Vehicles
4-98 Speeding
4-97 Careless
4-96 Wreckless
4-88.b Failure to Maintain a lane
6B-2 No Insurance
4-50 Driving While Intoxicated
4-89 Tailgating
4-97.3 Cell Phones
4-97.1 Impeding traffic flow (moving too slow)
3-29 Fail to Exhibit DL, Ins, Reg
4-144 Fail to Yield
4-145 Right of Way
