They are taken from the New Jersey Police Manual, so I know they are accurate.

Those are the ones you will mostly hear them say on the radio. If you hear one, post it and I will look it up. Who wants to remember the whole title.

Title 39 does not cover toll roads. I believe that is covered under Title 17, but I am not 100% sure.

That website doesn't even come close to a "almost complete list".

If you're really interested, the New Jersey Police Manual is printed by GANN Law Books. I am not sure the general public can purchase a copy, but I don't see why you couldn't. It's not like these are secret or anything.

NJ statutes are available online:
http://lis.njleg.state.nj.us/cgi-bi...infobase=statutes.nfo&softpage=TOC_Frame_Pg42
That's a cumbersome url. The site itself is a pain to navigate...you need to keep drilling down to each individual chapter.

If that link doesn't work, go here:
http://www.njleg.state.nj.us/legislativepub/sitemap.asp
and look under "Laws and Constitution".

That link is pretty good. You don't have to keep clicking to get to the statute you are looking for. You can just type the statute in the search box and it will take you to it!
