anyone have any info on the freqs that would be used during the little raiders anniversary fly in at the Dayton air museum?

All aeronautical frequencies are in the database here, and the museum uses the WPAFB trunked system which is also listed.
Plug them all in and you should be good to go.

I just updated the freqs a few weeks ago, so they should all be accurate. Here's a little more detail:

The B-25s will arrive at Grimes Field (I74) in Urbana on April 15th. They will practice flying on April 15th-16th out of I74. You should be able to go there and watch (be sure to stop and see the B-17 restoration project!).

They will be using an interplane frequency to communicate within the flight; probably somewhere between 122.750-122.775 or 123.125-123.575. They will also use 122.700 (I74 UNICOM) and 118.425 (Dayton Approach). In the chance that they switch to Patterson's airspace, they will be on 126.900 (KFFO Tower).

On April 17th, the aircraft will land at the museum field, which is controlled by a special tower frequency, 123.225; they may use 126.900 as well.

On April 18th, they will take off from the museum field and fly overhead in formation; this will probably be on 123.225 or 126.900, as well as whatever interplane frequency they have.

I'll try and remember to post what I hear if I can pick it up.

I went to the Friday events at Grimes; they used 122.7 (Urbana CTAF) for everything the entire time.

It was very cool seeing several Mitchells all in the same place at the same time, and especially cool seeing the flying at the same time. The was even a 2-plane flight of P-51s!

Got lots of excellent photos, too. Even got to take shelter under the wing of a B-25 when the first rainshower arrived. Great memories...

The frequencies I mentioned did turn out to be correct, however the flight did not have a second frequency to communicate with each other. They used the frequency they were on if they needed to talk amongst the flight.

122.700 I74 UNICOM - flights out of Urbana
123.225 "Doolittle Control" - Museum (Dayton-Wright Field) landings/takeoffs
126.900 KFFO Tower - all flying over the base, with the exception of landings/takeoffs
122.850 KFFO Dispatch - called by Doolittle Control each morning for a radio check

Callsigns and aircraft:
RAIDER 1: N9079Z - "Panchito"
RAIDER 2: N9856C - "Pacific Princess"
RAIDER 3: N2825B - "Miss Hap"
RAIDER 4: N5548N - "Barbie III"
RAIDER 5: N898BW - "Axis Nightmare"
RAIDER 6: N7947C - "Wild Cargo"
RAIDER 7: N5672V - "Betty’s Dream"
RAIDER 8: N3155G - "Take Off Time"
RAIDER 9: N5833B - "Lady Luck"
RAIDER 10: N1042B - "Pacific Prowler"
RAIDER 11: N9456Z - "Briefing Time"
RAIDER 12: N3774 - "Yankee Warrior"
RAIDER 13: N345TH - "Show Me!"
RAIDER 14: N27493 - "Miss Mitchell"
RAIDER 15: N25YR - "Yellow Rose"
RAIDER 16: N9643C - "Devil Dog"
RAIDER 17: N125AZ - "Maid in the Shade"

For the formation flyover, the aircraft used three-ship groupings; RAIDERS 1-3 were ALPHA 1-3, RAIDERS 4-6 were BRAVO 1-3, etc. The last two aircraft (16 and 17) didn't say their callsigns clearly, but I think they were TAC 4 and TAC 5.

N744CG "Buckeye Belle" was on display, but did not fly (awaiting engine replacement).

Thanks for the information. Having the frequencies made for a really informed observation of the event since there was no public address system announcing what was happening.
