Ok I know, odd question but it is an antenna question and technically, it is a radio transmitter.
LOL

ok I just wanna boost the range on a baby monitor a little bit, and I figured the first place to start would be to wire a better antenna to it.

I just have no clue to what kind type size would actually do any good.

Its a standard 49mhz transmitter unit.... actually I use my pro97 to scan it around the house since it picks it up better than the handset it came with, so it transmits on 49.88000

any suggestions on how to improve the dinky little antenna on the transmitter to clean up and boost the output?

Thanks!

Put a 6M ham antenna on it and they'll hear your baby moan all over town.

 and probably all the other rooms too
