I found a Radio Shack pro-2034 for $25.00 on craigs list.It was just right for my Mother in law.The only thing was the back light is dim.I opened it up and it looks very easy to change the bulb.Unsolder two wires and then resolder the two wires back.The only thing is I`m not at all a electric whiz.I need to know what the voltage is for the small light bulb and what kind of blub to buy.Plus I want to make the back light blue.I showed one to my Mother in law and she likes the blue better than the orange back light.I see the rat shack sells all kinds of small light bulbs.I just want to know what one to buy that will work on the scanner(pro-2034).Where all I have to do is solder it back in.I watched a video on youtube and he had to use a resistor to lower the voltage.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9AnUYsVJans. I need help.
