I got a used Pro 164 and cannot get it to trunk with Win 97. Firmware upgraded to 1.06 Frequencies program but only FM freqs will scan. Pro 97 rebanded is sitting side by side with the Pro 164. Tried both Standard 800 Mhz and Rebanded 800 Mhz.

The Pro-164 has been a problem child since rebanding in this area. Please read through
this thread including all of the links in the posts. Someone had come up with a resolution to the problem, but I'm going to let you search it out by reading the stuff referred to in the thread linked here.
Also, I urge you to return to your
User CP (the left side of the second blue bar from the top of any page if you are logged in) and edit your profile to include your location (city and state) as you were requested to do in the material e-mailed to you when you registered. Once you fill in your location it will automatically show in each of your posts. Many of the questions you will have, and their answers, are going to be location specific and without having your location showing you will be asked over and over again what it is. So fill it in now and be done with it. You will notice that everyone on the Utah board has their location showing so this is only a small courtesy to show the rest of the members.
