does anyone know if the Police and Highway Patrol channels are Able to be scanned ? I have my Small SCanner with me here this trip i am down Below Ensenada, Baja California Down in the town of san quintin baja california


Anyone know what Channels i need to add? I think That They may be using TETRA Standard

If it's TETRA you can't scan it unless you get hold of a TETRA air-interface analyzer that costs something like 50k. And that would only work if the system is not encrypted.
