Does anyone know if the Baker County Freqs listed on this site are correct??

Are the freqs Simplex or Duplex?
I was in LaGrande a couple of months ago and I was hearing LaGrande PD using Simplex.
Just wondering...
I will be traveling there on Sunday for a class.
