Balt Co 800 MSP Patch

Heard some units on TG 8048 ("MSP Patch") today, making reference to planned contact w/ Balt Co PD units. I presume these were MSP cars, but didn't hear definitive unit numbers. No idea which, if any, conventional patch freqs were used (39.56 & 39.72 were silent). Perhaps some MSP car out of Bel Air or another barrack territory equipped w/ 800 radios was simply accessing the Balt 800 trunked system directly? This is the first time I've ever heard a peep on this particular TG.

I have heard MSP Westminster units directly access the County TRS on previous occasions.

I know that's not much info, but I hope it helps.
