Baltimore City System

I will be visiting Baltimore City either in the Spring or Summer can the Baltimore City system be monitored by a Uniden 996 or 396 scanner ?

If you mean the 396XT or 996XT, maybe with the new firmware - the older 396T or 996T, I doubt it. We have a very long thread on the subject here...
