Baltimore county has opened its emergency operations center. The fire side is operating on talkgroup 8-1 (i.d. #1232).

And it sounds like Baltimore City is doing a similar thing with their talkgroup B5 ID 2416.

Add Harford Country TRS TG1968 to the list of water rescues. Just about every jurisdiction in the area has something going.

Heard both fire and police broadcasts from Kent County a bit earlier with weather broadcasts warning of another 5 inches of rain to fall overnight in the area.

The Anne Arundel EOC is also open since 0001 Tuesday due to the potential for storm surge in the coastal areas. I haven't been monitoring traffic but I'm guessing the EOC TG's are in use as well as the Oscar meet-me channels.
