Baltimore county snow plows

It's that time of year again, and since I work in the county, I like to know where the plows are. There are several large hills between Security blvd and Windsor (some of which don't get immediate attention), so it's advantageous to know this.

I am looking at the following system;

In the public service talkgroups, I see a channel b and c for the plows; but which talkgroup is used as channel a, or better, which one is used to dispatch the plows?

Mike,

In addition to whatever you come up with on those TGs from the public works trunked system, make sure to keep TG ID#40240 handy (off the public safety trunked system).....that is used by police to speak directly with highway crews about road issues. Typically dead - but springs to life during snowstorms.
