Hearing a repeater i have never have on 154.515 233.6 pl.....sounds like a school or/and school bus company....

What is your information source for this, out of curiosity?
The VHF-HI band was indeed wide open last night; I logged many NJ stations from Cape Cod, as well as some inland NY, so it's possible that what the OP heard was from any number of sources.
Disregard, I located it. It didn't show initially when I searched with Bristol County. http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/Uls...freqType=null&licKey=1747464&keyFreq=17827003
So to add i heard them say or ask "Is there 11:55 dismissal today at Washington HS" maybe that will narrow it down....Also i forgot to mention it was around 6am today EST i heard this. as far as "searching" i did all of the around my area checks via FCC....and since it was a Repeater that narrows it a little as well. I also found WPGQ205 a limo service in the middle of Mass. And Capeway's lic doesn't list a repeater....
