Band Scan: 414.375 & 414.975 Active

I've been doing some one meg wide searching of frequencies between 400 - 420 MHz. The last few days I've concentraited on 414 MHz., and heres a few hits. Note; I've done no research on these as of yet. Any idea's on who is the user.

1) 414.375 Simplex. Base and Mobile heard 6:30AM, and 15:30 Hrs., Mon-Fri.

2) 414.975 Repeater. Base and Mobiles heard in the clear using MDC1200 coded radios. 6:45AM and 15:30 to 16:15 Hrs., Mon-Fri.

Did a bit of monitoring during lunch and it sounds like the 414.975 is used for U.S. Post Office Communications. Just a good guess so far though.
