I'd try these. They are the only two licensed to City of Bandon that I can find.

A good place to dig for freqencies is at http://svartifoss2.fcc.gov/reports/index.cfm

This is the FCC data base and you can search by state,county,city/town service,ect.
It covers both government and business services.

I live down in Brookings/Harbor area and I found almost everything broadcasting here.

I went to my "police call" frequency guide and it lists fire at 153.77,154.07,154.25 police at 154.98,155.79,158.97
For coos county, the FCC list is far longer!
