Bandwidth FILTER setting for IC-7300 with FLDIGI

I all, I am running an IC-7300 to a pc using the usb port. VARA HF seems to work find at 3.0khz bandwidth. What is the most correct bandwidth for FL-DIGI modes, such as Olivia 32 and MT631KL? Does it work best at 3000 or should I down it to 2400 (2.4 khz) or something else?

I would leave the radio at the wide bandwidth. If you are running Olivia or MT63, you probably won't have many interfering signals nearby.

If you stop and think shift frequency at the data rate, your bandwidth should be wide enough to handle that spectrum
Something like Vara HF, @50 Hz shift, then like 2.4 KHz is about ideal. I have used 300 Hz (narrow CW effectively)
Like FT8, an undesired 'in band' signal has little or no effect.
Olivia would be about the same for amateur.
Something like PSK 34, you can use a narrower bandwidth like 1000 Hz.
